Shravan, operated by UnlockLife Sciences & Technologies Private Limited, is built for seniors and the families who care for them. Accessibility is not an afterthought for us; it is the point. We make reasonable efforts to keep myshravan.com, our apps, and our AI companion (together, the “Services”) usable by people of varying visual, physical, and cognitive abilities, with particular attention to older adults.

• Readable by design: We use high-contrast colours, large and legible type, and palettes chosen to be gentle on ageing eyes, including consideration for cataracts and colour blindness.
• Conversation first: The heart of Shravan is talking, by voice or simple text, so a Senior can use it without navigating complex screens. Interfaces are kept simple and uncluttered.
• Adjustable text: Where available, text size can be increased across the app.
• Inclusive language: Our content and our AI are written to be warm, respectful, and welcoming to seniors and to people of all backgrounds and gender identities.
• Human help: A person from our team is reachable if a Senior or family member finds anything hard to use.

We aim to align with recognised web-accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), and we improve continually.

We work hard on accessibility, but we cannot guarantee that every feature works perfectly with every device, assistive technology, or specific impairment. The Services and their accessibility features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Where the law requires us to make reasonable adjustments, we will do so.

If you find an accessibility barrier, or you have a suggestion, we genuinely want to hear it. We review every message and make reasonable improvements where we can.
